Diane Chosay and her two daughters, Janice Hebert and Tina Goodman had a dream to take on what their late husband and father, Jim Chosay, wanted to do in his retirement. He wanted to cook, serve, and entertain his friends, family, and community. Although God had a better plan for him in heaven, the ambition and vision of his three girls came to light in 2017 where they transformed the Ole Rendezvous to a fun, family oriented place called the Tipsy Cowboy ðŸ¤
Committed to providing great service and handmade bar food with yummy treats like hand dipped onion rings and mushrooms, fresh burgers with locally made buns, hand cut fries, and baked nachos, has made people come from near and far.
